Our dispatch department is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

During an outage first check your breakers then check with your neighbors to see if they have power. This will help us determine the size of the ourtage.

You may select to automatically report an outage or talk to a service representative. For those of your with one meter, follow the prompts you hear on the system. For those of you with multiple meters, you will need to choose the meter that has the outage and find that account number, then follow the prompt you hear on the system.
